Provides practical support to people living within their own homes to enable them to stay as independent as possible for as long as possible.
Home Services Support CIC is a not-for-profit community based organisation which has been operating for just over 3 years. We provide individually tailored support to some of the most isolated people within our communities. We help with practical tasks such as shopping, sorting mail and bills, cleaning, laundry and gardening but we also support people to access social opportunities to help reduce isolation and loneliness. We employ local people as Community Support Workers to work within their own communities throughout Stoke on Trent and Newcastle.
