Poor work at my property

I have had this person ‘work' for me. I believed the claims he made on his website – Do NOT believe what you see on the website. He is employed by a local cheltenham builders merchant, and clearly ‘dreams' of being a builder. Having paid him far too much in advance, he then walked off the job part way throgh, leaving lots of work that required rectifying. I had to pay the bill for this and sued him in the County Court. He does not live at the address shown, this seems to be just for quotations. He has also moved from the next address given.
