Lousy, Unprofessional letting agents anyone could ever come across. Very unhelpful unreliable agent and poor communication with their tenants using texts to communicate how lowly xo xo xo xo . Not ready to listen to their tenants problems and concerns. Very greedy and will just turn up on your door step at the end of the month to collect the cash which I find porky and unprofessional. They don professionally find out more about landlords and their properties if the property are mortgaged or fully paid and we have to pay the price by receiving a letter from the lender and their solicitors giving us just days to vacate the house more to the point making a family with young children homeless.
