RonaldT-2 27 May 2016 Terrible blinds terrible manager Report Review Blind damaged replacement blind also damaged no phone calls when to collect no delivery of replacement blind as promised manager well where do I start said replacement blind had come in when it had not said checked replacement blind when he had not I have made 6 journeys and still I have a badly dented blind my advice avoid avoid avoid as for the manager JSA forthwith doing the company no favours whatsoever a disgrace to the title of manager Stay well away!! Report Review Terrible company to deal with. The staff have no customer service and the manager is one of the most disrespectful , rude abusive people that I have ever spoken to. Blinds are porley made and when I tried to get my problems sorted (nicely) this is what I was met with. It took 4 weeks from when I first logged my complaint, numerous calls, me getting the phone put down on me, (by the manager) I finally got it sorted. Only because I was persistent with it. I would go as far to say the manager was a bully! When I asked to speak to a owner/ another manager I never got a call back! I was completley respectful to them throughout but unfortunately was never shown this back My advise stay well away they do not deserve your custom!
