Fascia

Fascias sit vertically covering the ends of the rafters and often holding the guttering in place as well as protecting the roof space. Vents can be fitted above the fascias to improve airflow and limit condensation and decay saving you money on maintenance in the long term.

Soffits

Soffits are adjoined to the fascias horizontally for added protection from the elements. These are what you are most likely to see from street level, so making sure they look their best is a priority for many people.

Guttering
