Be aware of the following - Brentwood Hire Chauffers, Brentwood Letting Ltd, Homelet UK. Recognized the business from the given address and phone number after a google search. They took a deposit for chauffer hire for a Rolls Royce Phantom and then cancelled before the event claiming that the car had a fault and needed to be serviced, we never got the deposit back. Sounds genuine but when you delve into where the business is based it doesn't exist albeit a Contracting company called Mahoney Contracts is registered to this address - probably a cowboy plumber as well!! These people are genuine crooks who have been able to advertise in legitimate sources - BEWARE AT ALL COSTS

Total cowboy fraudsters, beware
They took £940 altogether off us and said the house would be fit to live in, when in fact they did nothing, it was totally uninhabitable-no carpets, damp on walls, rubbish everywhere etc etc and now their phone number is unobtainable and my solicitor is failing to get hold of the company. Stay away, do not trust a word that comes out of their mouths.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR £150 AND THAT IS THE LAST YOU WILL SEE OF IT! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOT PASSED THE REFERENCE BUT INFACT THEY TAKE 3 OR 4 APPLICATIONS PER PROPERTY AND ONLY REFERENCE ONE APPLICATION...THE OTHERS ARE JUST TOLD THEY DIDNT PASS.....NO REFUND!

fraudsters trying to take away 150 pounds
advertised immediate move in for 150 pounds. I have been only in the country for an year and would not have got a credit score. In spite of telling this, and providing bank statements, tax slips and salary slips, they took money from me and never gave apartment or 150 back. Was showing the apartment to others even after I blocked it with 150 pounds. Cheaters. Stay away
