RE: my recent buy-to-let mortgage I would like to put in writing how satisfied I have been with the service you have provided me. I tentatively asked you about setting up a buy-to-let mortgage over 3 months ago and you quickly responded with a time for us to meet. Having taken some basic information from me, you advised on the type and length of mortgage I should go for whilst always giving me options and offering helpful, impartial advice throughout. Convinced I could find a better deal on some well know websites, I then set about my own search which after a few hours of work, left me back with your offer as there was nothing I could find to match it. Then we set about dealing with the Build Society and all the paperwork they requested. Such a drawn out process but one that you were a great help with maintaining the link to the Building Society so I didn’t have to and all this without charging me a fee.
