This estate agency has to be one of the most unscrupulous ones out there - they used to manage my houses but after being double charged for maintenance works that never materialised and having had my tenants (on numerous occasions) complain about how rude, aggressive and at times abusive the director of the company had been toward them, I chose to regain full control of management of my houses as a means of avoiding future financial loses due to poorly conducted viewings and negligence on their part. Even the council refuse to work with them due to their lack of familiarity with basic housing laws.
