Car with them for nearly a week. Handed back with the lock still not working. Cost pretty much the same as a main agent. Hopeless.

Misdiagnosed faults. Replaced parts it didn't need. Carried out un-consented work on an expensive, un-related part then tried to scare me into having that part replaced by insinuating the car would barely get me home without it. Unresponsive in returning calls. Kept my car for a week longer than agreed. Huge bill. Faults still there if not worse. Won?t be returning.

Excellent service! I have used this Garage for years and have always had 1st class service. MOTs are easy and you know you’re getting a fair test because you can take your car away and have it fixed, if you want, and still get a free retest. Servicing is always a fair price (not the cheapest but you know you’re getting a 1st class job) and you’re kept informed of any additional work that’s needed.

450 pounds for a service, some windscreen wipers and a brake fluid change. To make matters worse the van was returned to me with a brake servo problem that i did not have before. As they will not accept the fact it was working before they tampered with it they said that they would be charging me extra to fix it. I now have to book it in to another garage to get it fixed, as I have no intention of paying more money to the people that caused the problem. I'm sure one of the main reasons this garage has been open so long is by over charging. avoid at all cost even vw is cheaper

Failure to take responsibility for mistakes made. Lack of transparency. Failure to respond to emails. I took the vehicle in for an electrical problem. 3 months and £3000 later it was running worse than before. After Homesdale had given up another garage diagnosed and fixed the running problem in 24 hours. A few years ago I would have given this garage 5 stars but not any more. Quality and service have gone downhill badly recently.

Same day, only half hour wait and lovely service. Such a difference from the very miserable lady at the Audi garage.
