Great local shop friendly staff and plenty of variety of furniture and beds. Uesed them for some time now, the items always seem to be in stock and delivered fast, its been the same friendly delivery men for years now. 5 stars

Collapsing bed
I bought a "Boston" (pine) double bed from them four years ago. After about a year one of the bed's side rails fractured. I phoned them and they delivered a replacement rail to me, promptly and free of charge. Now, three years on, the side rail has fractured again but this time they want £40 for a replacement. I am currently waiting to hear from Trading Standards.
