Landlord services

For many people refurbishment consists of smartening up a kitchen or replacing a bathroom. However, landlords often work on a much bigger scale with stricter timeframes in preparation for a new tenant. I have completed a number of refurbishment projects for landlords over the past few years, and have not only helped them to achieve their short term property goals, like quick decoration works or a new bathroom installation, but also, their long-term and ongoing property maintenance and refurbishments needs.

Commercial property maintenance

In addition to domestic work, I also undertake a variety of property renovations and refurbishments for commercial clients. For example, I have undertaken a complete office renovation for a client in Ringwood which involved relocating a number of offices and completing a large redecorating project ready for a new short term tenant.
