Disgusting
Terrible company- called us the day after my mom passed away accusing me of writing a 1 star review on google which we hadn’t. They seem to hve taken it very personal that we decided to move to a more reputable funeral director and refused to release my mom to the new company for 3 days demanding cash payment and now going to the police for harassment over a review we never left!? What on earth is going on with this backwards company. The Reason for moving was due to the state of the transit van that picked my mom up and secured her in with A dirty plank of wood. Ryan the front of house aggressive confrontational and threatened us with the solicitors for a review we never left. God awful there all family so no point writing an official complaint to them and not registered under the funeral association so only resort is trading standards. Honestly avoid at all costs save yourself the trouble, Stress and heartache

Avoid
After calling hopcraft they arrived in a stonemasons van to collect our loved one. The van was fitted with ply wood and the trolley secured with a piece of wood across the doors. Men arrived casually dressed. Refused to let us move our loved one for three days. Called at 8.50pm to insist I take down a review (I had not made) and threatened with solicitors. Ryan was rude and not helpful. You only get to say goodbye once and with respect. Avoid at all costs. Would not recommend, would like to thank Ryan for making a difficult time more unbearable and heartbreaking.

Hopcraft Funerals
I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Hopcraft Funerals and especially Ryan for their professionalism in handling my sisters Funeral. From the first phone call to the sad day and considering covid is ongoing, They have attended to my every concern. I have seen the other reviews mentioned but after the first contact with Ryan I decided to go with Hopcraft. Ryan has been very attentive, he excelled over and above and on the day of the funeral showed the upmost respect. We as a family were overly impressed. I can honestly say that the price shown was the price paid. Thank you for making an unbearable task pleasant.
