We use the very best and most environmentally friendly methods not using reverse osmosis which wastes nearly 70% of the water in the process. We waste no water and we heat it up to 60 degrees celsius for the most superior of cleaning results. Hot water cleans better.

Very dissapointed to find windows still dirty very poor job then spoken to abusivly and threatened when complained
