The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel itself is a bit “tired” and could do with decorating, but it is in a great position for sightseeing (about a 20 minute walk to Leicester Square etc). We stayed in a huge family room for 3 nights, which was very nice and well priced and the breakfast was very very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a lovely time
We had a lovely time. Breakfast was good manager very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff were so hard working yet friendly to Location was excellent rooms clean and en suite.

Room was lovely, breakfast was great, nice and hot and plenty to choose from. My husband is lactose intolerant so was please to see milk he could have. Thank you

The staff are friendly and helpful
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cavendish. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a good variety. The Hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Cavendish again

Great mini break at this hotel. We had a lovely breakfast after a really good sleep. I would definitely use this hotel the next time I’m in London.
