Excellent value
Ibis Leeds is well situated for road users on the edge of the City, and about a 15 minute walk from both the centre of Leeds and train station.I found the staff helpful, reception area clean and well appointed. Room was average size with simple furnishings, TV, tea&coffee, en-suite bathroom with shower, small writing desk and aircon.The aircon however was switched off, and as others have mentioned this can make the room stuffy. The window opens slightly allowing some air in, but this does come with traffic noise too. Hopefully Ibis read this website and listen to the reviewers gripes and switch the system on!!Breakfast was extra, but fine for the price. A typical Ibis experience, fine in most respects
