The location is fab, and the staff friendly...the breakfast looked and smelled good but I was too affraid to eat it!! As soon as you walk in this "so called" hotel the smell of dog hits you! their are dog hairs, dog toys and dog bowls all over the floor in the bar and the dining area. the room was small and not very clean. when we complained all the manager had to say was "if you don't like it saty somewhere els" we stayed the first night because we were tired but then we took the managers advice and went elswhere.

We stayed at the Hotel Rossi on their Mid week special deal. I can quite honestly say we have never had such value for money. Sea view room was spotless and the food was great. Lorraine and Paul cannot do enough to help. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. We have stayed at many hotels in Blackpool before but from now on there is only The Roos for us. Thank you so much.
