Hoults Yard is a modern and vibrant office and studio complex, providing our clients with a fun and friendly place to work. We pride ourselves on the diverse entrepreneurial community we have created.

With over 100 businesses and some 500 professionals on site, Hoults Yard is home to a wealth of talent from the region's creative and cultural industries: TV &film producers, artists, PR firms, fashion designers, iPhone app developers, search engine marketing specialists, web designers, graphics and brand designers, ad agencies.

You don't have to be creative to occupy space on Hoults Yard, though. We offer home to businesses in the recruitment, travel, engineering, manufacturing and charitable sectors - all who show a love and appreciation for our historic surroundings and cultural outlook.

Customers love the village atmosphere, which can revolve around the popular Clock Tower Café; everybody comes together to relax and share ideas over some decent food and a cuppa.

The Yard often holds events, from our sell out Warehouse parties, live music to summer barbeques and trendy art exhibitions. We are always receptive to our clients' innovative ideas and welcome client involvement.

Located within the trendy Ouseburn Regeneration Area, there are also exciting opportunities to branch out into the wider community. Unit 44 exhibits some of our tenants work.

If you are thirsty, you might sink a pint at The Free Trade, Cluny or Cumberland Arms - you'll often meet fellow 'yardies' including the CAMRA team, some of the musicians who rehearse on site or a film crew on location at the yard.
