TLE are now providing free courses equivalent to GSCE grade C and above, even though places are limited we can still provide you with an 8 week course whether that be from our workshops situated in Hounslow or from the comfort of you own home, these courses are free and the qualifications are affiliated with the Oxford Cambridge and the Royal Society of Arts The Leading Edge is one of the leading providers of training, qualifications, employability, recruitment and consulting services in the regions of London.

TLE (The Leading Edge) is a national skills and employability training provider, established for more than 14 years and possessing an excellent track record in assisting individuals, companies and the partners we work with to fulfil their potential. We operate 11 easily accessible training centres in London, the South East and West Midlands operating a ‘open-door' policy to ensure that individuals seeking qualifications or advice will have every opportunity. TLE has provided services for many employers and community groups, amongst these being:Over the years, TLE has established working partnerships with many organisations including Jobcentre Plus, Next Step, Business Link and local Borough councils. Our size and wealth of experience has allowed us to develop innovative e-learning and classroom-based teaching methods to meet employers and learners needs. At TLE we boast success rates of over 90% across all our provision and excellent pass rates. The quality of our delivery is frequently recognised, most recently shown by our achievement as being shortlisted as ‘Provider of the Year' in the acclaimed National TES Awards 2011.

In December 2008 Ofsted carried out an inspection of Hounslow Adult and Community Education. The outcome for the service as a whole was a grade 2. This is one of the highest overall gradings received by any Adult Education service.
