These guys do great work and are trust worthy. I'm new to Hampton and needed some car work done and didn't know where to go for recommendations except . I brought my own parts and they had no problem doing the labor. Recently, I was in the market for a used vehicle, they charge $80 or $90 to look over it before I purchased it. They told me right away the car had bearing issues and that it would no t be worth looking at it any further. NO CHARGE! Further, the car didn't have radiator fluid in it so I showed up with it overheating. They added radiator fluid at no charge. They have my future business. No I didn't buy the car. Hounslow is superb for all kind of car repair

Hard Working
Still as awesome as always. Just get the shocks done and had a few more repairs. They made it as painless as they could in terms of cost. And again explained to me "You don't need the repairs done, and we wouldn't let you off the lot if you actually needed repairs for safety, we want to make sure you are safe and paying for the necessary repairs when needed." After finally getting my repairs completed they noticed my alignment was off and said they would get it aligned for me free... What a good group of fellas. Hounslow Coach works you guys rock. I also recieved a groupon from the for free for being a regular customer...regulalry in the sense that I go there for oil chages regularly and do my repairs as needed.

Great Service
I found Hounslow Coach Works through touchlocal decided to give Hounslow and his team a go after reading all the great reviews. I had been looking for a new mechanic after having several bad experiences with the one I was currently seeing. I came in for an an oil change and to have my car looked at for shaking at high speeds. Turned out I needed my brakes replaced, which I had been told a few years back to start saving for so it wasn't a surprise. Not only did Hounslow honor the full discount on both the oil change and the brake replacement, but he gave me same-day service.

Hounslow Coach Works Great customer service. The estimate was fast and efficient, and he clearly pointed out what needed to be done, and briefly explained how it can be done. I went to 3 other body shops, and came back to Will because I felt he provided a reasonable quote and good explanation. I may not know much about cars, but if someone takes the time to explain it to me in a clear way, I appreciate that and better understand your approach in fixing my car (it's comforting and earns more of my trust). That is exactly what Will did.
