do not use useless and abusive staff

Went to see 1 flat with Hove lets and they had lost the keys and left us saying he would call in half an hour to give us a time but it would be no more than 2 hours till we saw the flat. After an hour and no call we called them to be told they would call us back when they found the keys. Hanging around in brighton on a miserable day for 2 and a half hours (half an hour longer than we were told would be the latest we would see the flat) i called again. I spoke this time to a horrendously rude i'd say man but sounded like a chavy boy called Ashley Bennet who after i asked what was happening and if it was going to take this long why didn't they call us to let us know increased his tone of insolence in his voice to voluble anger and told us to let from some one else. If this is how they treat prospective customers do not let from them I dread to think how awful they would be once they have your money
