We have had a last minute rush to find a kennels and had we gone to visit first there is no way we would have left our dog here! When we went to collect her we were taken through to get her. The run she was in was pitch black dark and she was cowering at the back. She wouldn't come to the door so when I went in to get she was whining, so very sad. There was no bedding in there only sheets of newspaper. I would NEVER EVER even contemplate leaving my dog here again.

Avoid at all cost!!!!!
We were trying to book kennels at the last minute for August and this was the only place I could find with availability. They required a deposit to hold the booking, so I paid as I was worried we would lose it and asked to view the kennels the next day. When we arrived we were appauled to see that they do not walk the dogs at all, they only let them out into a 25 x 15ft concrete cage on their own twice a day, and I was also not that impressed by the kennels themselves which I though looked dirty with only newspaper on the floor of the cages. We decided not to proceed with the booking and asked for our deposit back, we were told that we should call them the next day so they could refund it or send us a cheque (the man could not work the machine). We called back only to be told that it was now non-refundable. At no point was I told this when I made the payment and they had suddenly changed their tune from the day before!!! The man on the phone actually had the cheek to spend about 20 minutes arguing with us as to why we should not get our deposit back. This company obviously have NO concept of good customer service and how to treat potential customers! After much arguing they agreed to send us a cheque.. though to be honest, I will believe that when I see it. No wonder these kennels had spaces left if that is how they treat their dogs and their customers. I have since been told by other local kennels to avoid this place at all costs. So I warn you to do this also!!!!!!

would never use these kennels again
awful kennels...had to use kennels for the first time and regret not doing my research more...i had requested that my dog be given his bedding in his kennel a big cushin, ablanket and a t-shirt of mine for comfort..on collection of my dog from here it was obvious they had not been given to him as when i got home and took them out of the bag the blanket smelt fresh from the machine and had not been used, my dog also had cuts on his mouth that had occured while in these kennels...i saw the kennel my dog had been in in, it was smelly and dirty..with no bedding!!!! i would never use this awful kennel again..not giving my pet his bedding was cruel especially as there was no alternative..only a concrete floor..if you love your dog please dont use this place
