HP Plotter are HP Designjet large format plotter and Laserjet printer repair specialists. We offer printer and plotter service and repairs UK-wide. We also supply spare parts and maintenance kits - as well as providing other services including printer removals, printer set-up and installations, staff training and printer upgrades.

Our repair estimates detail the likely repair costs in full – including possible replacement parts. We will also tell you at the outset if a machine is not economical to repair (when known). We attend with parts most likely required to resolve the fault and as such over 95% of our Designjet calls are repaired on our initial visit.

We have one of the largest parts stock in the UK for HP Designjet plotter parts, including end of line parts and/or parts no longer manufactured by HP. We also offer our customers Annual Support and Maintenance contracts for year-round protection and convenience.

Service and Repair Options:

• Adhoc service/repair – no support contract in place? Let us service or repair your printer on a time + materials basis (purchase as and when required or simply use our pre-payment scheme)
• Annual Support cover – choose between 2 levels of support over a 1-3 year period to cover your printers for all breakdowns. Our all inclusive next day response break-fix contracts provide cover for all callouts, engineering labour and parts (including maintenance kit parts) with optional annual service visits. (Note: all printers must be in good working order prior to going onto a Support Contract)
• Regular maintenance visits – we can schedule engineering visits to maintain your printers and to carry out a regular service, clean, inspection and recalibration of your printers to reduce breakdowns and to keep your printers in optimal running order (ideal if you have no support contract in place – or if you wish to supplement your current support cover)
• Parts & Maintenace Kits only – Looking for a supplier of original HP spare parts or maintenance kit items at competitive prices? We hold a large stock of parts with fast next day delivery
• Pre-payment scheme – purchase discounted engineering hours for service or repairs in advance, valid for 12 months, to reduce PO paperwork/signoffs (ideal for local authorities, schools, government, healthcare, SME's, large corporates or multi-sites with centralised purchasing etc)
