brilliant company htc bouncy castles
we got a castle for our friends 6th birthday the hall turned out smaller than first thought, and the staff at htc bouncy castles, raced back to there base and returned with a smaller castle in plenty of time, they worked really hard and were very polite and undestanding when they realised the castle we had booked was too big for the venue. Perfect!!!
I used HTC Castles this weekend for my 3 year olds party. Brilliant service and so friendly. They couldn't do enough for us and at short notice. Will definately use again!

Excellent!!!
I booked in a site visit first as i wasnt sure if we had enough space - this was a free service which i thought was a great idea! We had sufficient room so went ahead with hiring the underwater themed bouncy castle - it was fab, very clean and arrived first thing in the morning - my 3 year old loved it and we all had a great day! Thanks to everyone at HTC Castles for a great service! i have recommended you to all my friends and i will be sure to use you again! Katy x

Safety is very important to us at HTC Castles, we could not erect the castle due to a concrete path down one side of the garden, which meant we would be unable to stake down the castle. (A legal requirement) If a castle is not staked down it can move and cause serious injury to its occupants. We always confirm with the customer the room we need, as well as having clear information on our website as to the site requirements needed for us to erect the castle safely. We also offer free site visits in the event that the customer is not sure, with this booking a site visit was not requested. We apologised to the customer on the day and explained why we could not leave the castle, a free hire was offered at another venue.

UNPROFESSIONAL
I booked this company for a party got it confimed with the owner and they came on the day and refused to fit the bouncy castle. They did not come and see my garden prior to the day of the party to confirm if they could fit it and when they came on the day of the party they decided they could not fit because the deemed my garden unsuitable. So do not use this company unless you want to be disappionted and your party ruined.
