The Best Ever
pick-ups and transport were nice. I was impressed on the first time I have used them, when I was picked-up from Heathrow, that I have to arrange with them again the second time on the same trip. Drivers were punctual and professional in their interactions with the passenger. No need to be worried even your a lone female traveler.

I booked an cab from Stanstead airport with Hummingbirdcars.com and pre-paid for the car. When i got to the airport the driver was not there. I tried to call their office and no one answered the phone. After 15minutes of no one answering the phone i decided to get a train into london as it was late in the evening and we did not have time to wait for another cab. The client i was with was not impressed at all and you can imagine my embarresment. I sent an email to ask for a refund, i got a rude email back saying it was my fault and i would not get a refund. Unbelivable!
