Hunters Estate Agents in Exeter opened in November 2013, previously trading as Dennis James & Co, an independent letting agents in Exeter specialising in Lettings & Property Management. The branch opened in May 2009, focussing on an exceptional level of service to Landlords and Tenants. By taking the great opportunity to join the Hunters Network and becoming Hunters Estate Agents, the team now offer a full sales and lettings service with the same enthusiasm and service levels, as well as combining our existing skills and local knowledge with the Hunters brand.

Meet the Hunters Exeter Team
Our team has over 15 years of experience in the property industry; we pride ourselves on our customer service levels and local knowledge.

Anthony is the Owner and Director of the business. He was born and raised in Exeter and has a strong background in business management and the property industry. Anthony returned to the city back in 2007 after spending 7 years in London. This relocation let him see the market from the tenants point of view first hand. The experience motivated him to create a customer driven letting agency capable of delivering outstanding levels of service for both Landlords and Tenants.

Lorna is from a small village just outside of Exeter and is proud of her Devon roots. She joined the team in 2009 with a background in retail and hospitality management and a determination to provide the best levels of customer service possible. Lorna enjoys being able to help people find homes to suit their particular needs and is a trained Inventory Clerk and a member of the Association for Professional Inventory Providers.

Shawni is the newest member of the team, joining us in August 2013. She has lived in Exeter all of her life and completed her VRQ Level 2 and AS Levels at Exeter College earlier this year. Shawni is currently completing her Business & Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship with Hunters Estate Agents.
