Extremely poor quality work and conditions
No motivation or benefits given to staff. Longer-term staff treated totally differently allowing rampant favoritism and ignoring of new / trainee staff. Poor pay and little work available - I just got made redundant. Animals not given enough care or attention and are rushed through procedures. Some test data inaccurate or made up by staff. Overall a total nightmare and pleased to have left.
