Disappointed and wish I never took my car there.

It all started with a flat tyre so I thought what could go wrong, so I take it to a local company which just happened to be Hyde Road Wheels and Tyres Ltd, nice front facing and have been there for a while. I didn't queue long and they removed the wheel, turned out that I had a 1 inch piece of stone through it, they said the tyre was not repairable and wanted to keep the tyre and offered an alternative. I asked how much etc and they told me the price, I said that is reasonable for what they class as very good had it fitted etc and was then offered tracking. They said they will do tracking for free, this later turned out to be a lie and they said that they had to make some adjustments and charged me £30!!! I was left without words as they said free and they said its ok its free have it, so I said ok since the wheel was removed and had the cheek to say that they made some adjustments but ignored the fact they said it was free. I was in a rush so just said ok. When I got my car back it turned out they had damaged my alloy wheel when removing the tyre from the alloy. I was like WTF have you done as it was clear the young techie who did it did not remove the air from the tyre and tried to force it off! I mentioned it to the senior guy there who later said that this happens because run on flat tyres are tight fits. He then offered to spray the cracks to make it less obvious, I said ok since they were not willing to repair it and offered to charge me to fix it. They then had the cheek to ask if I had it fixed up previously and I do not think a car from the dealer would have had this. You can actually see where they have tried to force the tyre off, I am just so annoyed with my alloy now that I now need to fork out looking for someone to repair the damage they have caused. I would stay away from this company at all costs if you value your vehicle. 1# charging me for tracking when they said they had not and did not notify me of any costs before doing it, 2# damaging of my alloy wheel and later wanting to charge me to fix what they had destroyed.
