I believe the reason to be because we are so wrapped up in society we cannot see the wood for the trees.Our minds are very, very powerful and depending on how you control it depends on how you feel mentally and physically. So to explain it a bit more think of your body as an Organic computer, you have the main frame computer the hard drive and you have the monitor. On your monitor are all shortcuts etc to explore files and information you have. However sometimes you have stored a file somewhere and you can't remember where so you have to do a deeper search, perhaps use the wee dog and he will find everything with that name associated with the lost file.So really that is what we are, and like your computer viruses can get in and infect the computer and then we have problems, the computer becomes unwell, a virus has taken over and programmes start to slow down or not work at all. So how do we fix this, we install a virus scanner to fix the problems or threats.So that is what I will do , I will communicate with the main frame hard disk and install a new file to heal the problems and issues and have the computer in tip top condition, in fact it will perform even better than before. We are living in a beautiful universe, a wonderful creation and with all this beauty around us why do we get sad, depressed, lonely, and angry at others and our self, anxious etc. Well I believe we attract things to our self by a mere thought. Something as simple as a thought!

Our subconscious mind is a huge computer and all our memories, feeling, habits good and bad are stored in there. We believe things to be the way they are as that is what we were brought up to believe by our parents etc. Have you ever wondered well is it really that way?

A simple example for you, how many times has your mind played a trick on you, you see something, an image appears into your mind and you say oh that's what that is and then on closer inspection it turns out to be something entirely different. Yes we have all had this experience many times.

So when you look at things from that perspective, how do we know things are what they seem? I truly believe they are not, we must open our minds more because when you start to change the way you are looking at things the things you were looking at have changed.

I found this out myself in many ways, I was putting up with people who really were upsetting me in tiny ways and would find myself making up excuses for them and admittedly feeling anger towards them to, and then I thought no enough is enough, this is not acceptable any more. I am no longer willing to accept this, they are on their own journey as I am on mine, and things started to change because I changed the way I saw them and myself.

And it snow balled from there. I started to take control of my life and do what I want to do and not what others want me to do, and we all need to start doing this. We are all on our own unique journey. Incidentally I feel no anger to anyone who has upset me in the past in fact I really thank them as they taught me well, I have love for them as a unique human being, as I said before we are all on a journey.

So we need to start focusing on the bigger picture and be more positive and caring and most importantly Love our self for who we are and make today the start of a new positive journey and help one another.
