Self confidence hypnotherapy sessions
I had sign up a few sessions with Jo as I have been having issues with my self. At first I was hesitant to do so as I am afraid to talk about myself specially with people I don't know. After a few sessions, I felt more confident and the advise that Jo has been giving during each session. Thanks to Jo, I was able to solve my issues. Will sure be back if I need more help in the future.
