Jennie is trained at the UK College, in St Charles Hospital, London . Her qualifications have been awarded by an external university examination board. MCH (UK) – Advanced hypnotherapy qualification, City & Guilds. Care, Health and Community (CHC) Qualifications: Hypnotherapy and Counselling – City & Guilds. B.Ed – she originally be a teacher and this has helped her in her work with children's hypnotherapy. NLP: Neurolinguist Programming. Trained with Richard Bandler, NVQ level 3: Personal Development – An advanced qualification for therapists. She continues to attended courses and workshops to enable her give her clients the results they want.

She is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register under Jennifer Francis. It is one of the most highly regarded registers for hypnotherapy practitioners in the UK, and they're responsible for the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, which represents more than 180 professional bodies and training schools. She is registered with the NHS, her provider code number is 8GH10. Some private healthcare plans also cover hypnotherapy.
