We deliver innovative and leading-edge training programmes which lead to qualifications for the learners to assist in helping solve the chronic underlying problems of our client groups, focusing on the principles that bring long-term results by building the character of the individuals. In this way, we assist particular client groups to remove labels that society has pinned on them, and to move forward in a new, focused and exciting direction to where they want to be, with a solid foundation and relevant skills to build a better life through progression or reintegration into Education, Training and Employment. We also develop visionary community projects in the line with the Big Society idea where the projects are client-led incorporating Education and Training. Learners are at the focus of the sessions but most importantly, both learners and some community members are involved in the design, tasks, events and evaluation of the projects - whilst leading to Employment within the project. Our recent work has had a particular focus on improving outcomes for young people experiencing socio-economic disadvantage.
