having suffered reccurrent infections in my impacted wisdom tooth and suffering a particularly painful one I called for an appointment in june. they gave me an appointment in august, which they then cancelled and rescheduled for september. obviously by this point the infection had cleared up. on arrival the unfriendly dentist poked around in my mouth without speaking to me at all. she told me they would not consider removing the tooth as it wasnt infected at the time of the appointment. she did not comment on my concerns about another tooth, and told me nothing about the health of my teeth or gums. the receptionist could not understand why I was frustrated that I needed to come in with infection present, yet it takes 3 months to get an appointment. all the staff I spoke to were the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would rather take a pair of pliers to my teeth than go back to adp. luckily I have now found a new dentist, who says I can pop in without an appointment for antibiotics when it is next infected, and if the infections continue he will refer me to hospital for an extraction.
