Awful - I'd go elsewhere
The man in there took my number to come and measure but never bothered calling me back, he seemed frantic and a bit like he had no idea what was going on so perhaps it was for the best. I've spoken to a friend about this place and she said the same sort of thing - once he had done a plan he just never bothered calling her back and seemed to get "bored" of her and her project and just couldn't be bothered any more. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
