Rubbish

Where do i start,the insurance was sold by bennetts cost was £175,our washing machine went wrong,it took them 2 weeks for anyone to come out,another 2 weeks for contact which had to do all the time,then after chasing them for another week they decided that they would replace it,but wanted to replace our zanussi for a beko,but then expected us to pay £20 delivery,(dont think so) or we could upgrade but we would have to pay (emm no) on our insurance document it say they will replace with an equivalent model which the beko is not,or have the cash settlement but only offered us £168 and ours cost £249,you cant even buy one for £168, but 5 weeks and we have had to do all the chasing all the phone calls etc and its still going on,if i had the money i would put it in the hands of a solicitor, but have not, so please dont take insurance out with this company,why pay for insurance when there are still hidden charges, no wonder bennetts dont deal with them any more, rubbish rubbish rubbish.
