I Giles replaced the ceramic valves in our bathroom taps, he arrived with the valves which were to big for the taps, he went ahead and changed them anyway. We now have to use pliers to turn the taps on and off, I have telephoned I Giles on two separate occasions and he has not returned to do the job properly.
