Indian stone
DO NOT USE cowboy builders! laid Indian stone patio, looked ok at first but when it had dried out we pulled him up and said we weren’t happy how it was taking shape, gaps way too big between stone and they only used sand in the gaps and not resin. Promised to come back and rectify never turned up twice. We told him we wanted a refund and he agreed and then went awol!! Still no sign and can’t find his address to take him to small claims court!!

Do not use!! Don't cone back when got issues! Play on elderly people's vulnerability. Crap job.

New roof
I had new roof fitted by Issac Johnson roofing August 2018..roof now leaking in same place as it was before new roof Supposed to have guarantee.Told me he would come on30/07/2019 never showed.Tried every day to contact leaving message.Notanswered.Am taking legal advice.

Michael Helm turned up provided a quote for roof repairs, and reduced the price on the spot if I agreed for work to take place on the day. I should have suspected things were not right then. The next time it rained roof leaked. Called and this time the owner Issac answered. Issac told me Michael was not authorised to quote and take on the job. Issac said and I quote "Michael has done a foreigner and it's between me and Michael". Unsurprisingly phone is no longer answered when I call. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting them to HMRC given they take cash in hand or via personal accounts.
