Disappointing

- My boiler stopped working so I contacted IT Plumbing - Ian opened boiler and commented on amount of water inside, saying must be from vertical flue - I asked if he was sure it was from the flue and he said yes - Ian then recommended that PCB was replaced for £240 - I requested a quote for new boiler to consider options - Ian recommended to install a 32kW boiler in replacement of my 24kW to heat 8 radiators and no shower - I finally queried again if there certainly was no leak or any underlying problems to which the answer was "no" - I had the pcb replaced late in the day and everything appeared to be working efficiently - I woke up to no electricity the boiler had leaked and tripped the house RCD for whatever reason - After drying everything out it was apparent that there was in fact a leak, the boiler would not ignite - Two days later Ian came to take a look, confirmed the leak but had no idea of why it would not ignite, he said would return tomorrow at noon - Ian did not turn up and never came back - Ian had left me with a boiler in bits, leaking water over mains electrics all for £240
