I T S Leisure Ltd am your ladies fitness centre in Bristol, Avon. We have been established for 20 years, which has allowed us to develop the experience and skills to help you achieve your fitness goals. ITS Leisure Ltd's ladies fitness centre is staffed by a team of female gym instructors. We also provide a one on one service with one of our experienced female personal trainers. We have an air conditioned, mirrored aerobics studio with a sprung floor. We offer a FREE trial gym session, accepting bookings for up to three ladies at the same time.
