The staff here appear to have no customer service training at all! My visit in Aug 2015 was a shambles! They lost my record, got my address wrong, no one even spoke to me for 5 minutes when I first walked in, the staff seem stressed and rude, especially an older woman in her 50s, and a man who appeared to be having a heated discussion with each other on the shop floor, just an unorganised mess!!

I would like to commend i2i Optometrists Howard St on the standard of eye test I received on my recent visit. I was surprised at the level of technology used. No longer do I have to endure the weight of that frame that opticians slot lenses into, instead a high tech head set with lenses quickly whirring inside. I also had retinal photography and all at no extra charge at all. Well done i2i!
