Shotokan Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art & system of self-defence that can be practised by adults & children from 7 years of age. Regular practice can improve health, fitness and self-confidence. Plus, our classes are fun and friendly!

* Try our 6 Week Beginner Course *

On any Saturday – arrive at 1.00pm outside the Dance Studio in the Harrow Leisure Centre, where the class is held.

On any Monday or Wednesday – arrive at 7:20pm outside Multi-Activity Room 2, where these classes are held. Loose clothing is fine.
