Terrible service
They turned up late. Gossiped and smoked - took ages loading - although it quite obviously wasn't to be careful, as loads of my stuff got damaged. Ripped chairs and dented wood. They weren't strong or that fit. Then when they went to unload the other end one of the men had been dropped home and the other one wanted my sisters to help him and then he still demanded full payment. He was phoning me and threatening to not unload the van at first coz I'd pointed out the service I thought if hired was for both men to complete the job. I was on the M11 with my six year old and had this man with all my worldly goods phoning me and threading to not complete. A hideous experience. I would not recommend this service at all!
