I recently needed a replacement combination boiler, I rang three different firms with mixed results, I spoke to Ian at ICB Plumbing & Heating who made an appointment to call and take a look at what was required. Ian pointed me in the direction of a replacement A rated condensing combination boiler and gave a fixed price for the work. I decided to use ICB and they duly arrived ahead of the specified time and carried out the boiler replacement, once the job was complete everything was explained to me, a few days later i received a Gas Safe certificate everything was according to plan and I paid the price I was quoted.
