Great experience from buying at ideal roops.
I placed an order for table and 6 chairs they had in the window display as I've been driving past it everyday going to work, the staff were absolutely on the ball. They helped me with the sizes by coming out to my property and measuring the area as I was unsure if it was going to fit, they couldn't be more helpful enough. My freind had bought from this place, and she couldn't stop talking about the how modern and nice there showroom was. Thanks guys very happy with the product and service and definitely will be back. Don't buy from this place!
Don't buy from this place first of all they mess you about prices about sofas selling the same sofa at different prices to different customers. Once you actually purchase an item they mess you around with delivery dates. They take the full amount of money and say the sofas will be delivered next week when the time comes they make excuses like they can't find the warhorse key or the person who has got the warehouse key and has gone on holiday and delay the delivery date for another 2 weeks. The staff are really rude!
