Think they have gone bust?!
This is a shoddy operation which I suggest you avoid like the plague. I ordered a t-shirt in June that I needed for an event 2 weeks later. T-shirt didn't arrive in the suggested delivery time. Checked online and it was showing as "Not yet despatched". Since then I have e-mailed them about 8 times and phoned (on the mobile number supplied) them about the same number of times, leaving a message every time. They did not reply to me ONCE! (not even out of courtesey) Thankfully I had paid through Google checkout and they arranged the refund for me. It is now nearly August and I have still had no communication from IHeartTshirts. Either they have gone bust, or they are an absolute joke of a company that has no idea how to treat customers. If you decide to buy from them, on your head be it...
