BEEN TO IKEA WARRINGTON THIS WEEK AND CAN NOT FAULT THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. EVERYONE WE ENCOUNTERED WAS HELPFUL AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE, PLUS IT WAS ALL DONE WITH A SMILE. WE ARE ALSO VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL OUR PURCHASES WHICH INCLUDED BOTH LARGE AND SMALL ITEMS. WELL DONE!

Warrington was the first Ikea store in the country but it still looks brand new and has ample parking. the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Value shopping at it's best. Lots of furniture to suit all homes. Most of it is flat pack but I have found very easy to put together. Cafe offers good value. Just had a kitchen from there, excellant value and put in by Ikea's sub contractors. Long way to walk around the store if you are disabled-would recommend using a wheelchair.

On my last visit to IKEA, we called in the cafe for a meal, and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff belied their humble surroundings. When I mentioned to the girl on the till that I had a discount card but had forgotten to bring it with me, she deducted the discount anyway. The man clearing away trays was smiling and helpful. In these days of indifferent service, it was noticeable!
