Highly recommend!

My first ever scan with my first child so I was very nervous but the clinic was very welcoming and relaxing so it really helped with my nerves. The sonographer was lovely and very reassuring and completely made sure i was comfortable whilst I was lying down

Lovely place
I had my gender scan yesterday but didn’t find out in the room so they got the cannons ready for us to take home and made sure all photos of the sex were not shown to us. Lovely place and never feel like you are being rushed! Staff are lovely and friendly!

The staff were absolutely incredible
The staff were absolutely incredible, and although we have to go for a rescan because baby was being stubborn we still got the pictures that were taken at the appointment and the staff were great with rebooking!

makes the experience a lot more relaxing
I have had a few scans with Imaginatal due to pregnancy anxiety. The staff have been great, so welcoming and friendly on every occasion. The centre is very clean and calming and the environment is not full of other customers when you arrive for your scan, it makes the experience a lot more relaxing compared to other scan centres. I am now 13 weeks but I have been having scans since I was 6 weeks for reassurance and I certainly won’t go anywhere else now. I can’t wait for our gender scan in April :) !

fantastic from start to finish
Our experience at the Gloucester Imaginatal clinic was fantastic from start to finish and this is only marginally influenced by the free lollipop they gave me :-). As soon as we walked in we had a very warm greeting from the ladies on the desk who were extremely helpful and patient with our abundance of questions. The sonographer and nurse equally could not have been more friendly and welcoming and really took their time to talk us through how the session would work. My parents also joined as virtual guests and were able to share the very special occasion with us. Connecting my parents was not necessarily straightforward but this was largely due to my parents lack of tech capabilities shall we say (in their 80s). Not once did the team rush us and they went above and beyond to make sure my parents could see and interact which we were extremely grateful for. As we went through the scan the sonographer explained everything in detail and seemed really passionate about her job which was lovely for us. Having been to similar such clinics (not Imaginatal) my husband and i can genuinely say the customer service and overall experience here was exceptional. I would not hesitate to visit the clinic again and thoroughly recommend it. Thank you ladies at Imaginatal for making our visit so special!

Lovely vibe from start to finish!
I know this is private so you can’t really compare with the NHS but this was such a better experience for me. I am very uncomfortable with my stomach and the sonographer was just lovely. The room and tech is just so amazing as well. Lovely vibe from start to finish! The girls on reception couldn’t be friendlier either

Very enjoyable.
Very enjoyable. We have been so greatful to Imaginatal being there throughout our pregnancy experience. From early dating scan, to gender reveal and 4D. We were also seen straight away when we had a medical scare with baby in early pregnancy and the NHS couldn’t fit us in - we were able to come in for a scan and see his heartbeat and have the reassurance that everything was okay

The most perfect experience!

I cannot fault imaginatal at all. The first part of this review is my experience at a different company. Back in March I had a miscarriage, I’d had an early scan elsewhere, firstly we were unable to see the scan screen, and secondly the sonographer scanned me for a good 5 minutes in complete silence (felt like forever), before saying there is only a yolk sac and no baby. They didn’t offer a repeat scan and told me in a negative way even though it wasn’t definite the pregnancy wouldn’t be successful. We were then placed in what looked like a stock room to ‘take it in’, before leaving upset. A fetal pole did develop but unfortunately no heartbeat so I did miscarry in the end but this was confirmed via the nhs a few weeks later. Now fast forward a few months later, pregnant again and I book my early scan with imaginatal. I dated myself around 6 weeks at this point. When we arrived we felt so welcome; everyone was so friendly. We got into the scan room and there were big screens all around so we could watch the whole scan clearly. Again, we only saw a yolk sac so naturally worried but our sonographer was reassuring from the second she began scanning me. Straight away I was told we are just a little too early so they will rebook me in for free in 3 weeks. Every question and worry I brought up was met with a reassuring response and I left with hope. We went for our follow up scan and again, everyone was very extremely friendly, and we had the same sonographer who was lovely again throughout. We saw our baby was growing perfectly and we rebooked our gender scan straight away as I would now not go anywhere else. I was told I could bring my 3 children with me to the next scan to experience it with us. What an amazing little place and a great team of staff. Thank you so much for our experiences so far. We can’t wait to come back!
