It is quite hard to choose a good Chinese restaurant in China town if it is your first time, since there are so many and you can't really tell which one is better than the other one. They all look so similar. We accidentally entered Imperial China and the reason for that was that it was somehow hidden from the street so this made us think that only someone who knows this place would actually enter the door. As soon as we got in we got sure that our choice was successful. The environment was very nice and friendly, quite serious but good overall. The quality of food was really good, nothing I have tried before in a Chinese restaurant. Very good priced for the quality and the environment that it offers. The only think I found strange was that although the waiters were very kind and helpful none of them smiled at all, not even with our efforts when trying to explain to them what exactly we want to order. It is number one choice for a Chinese Restaurant for me concerning the quality of food.

This has got to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in London in terms of quality of food. The dim sim tastes fresh and the food from the regular menu is also tasty. Service is efficient, as in most Chinese restaurants. Ambience is fairly nice with a water feature near the entrance.
