Rudest man I have ever dealt with
I have had a leak and wet brick work on one wall of my conservatory for the past seven years but having failed to cure this, Imperial have now chosen not to honour the 10 year guarantee and the managing director had the audacity to state that he had "done my conservatory cheap as I had promised he could replace my windows" - which, at the time, I had no plans whatsoever to replace. Not a reliable firm to deal with and I would never use them again. I have contacted Trading Standards and they have logged the complaint.

Had imperial windows do all my windows and doors in my property in Lightwater, Scott the rep who visited me was very helpful and gave me many ideas for my windows, he showed me a sample a gave me one price there and then. I had other quotes from local companies and the bigger national ones. I choose to go with him as the product was very good and the price seemed very honest for what I was getting. After their surveyor had measured up, about 4 weeks later, a clean van turned up to fit my windows and doors. The fitters were very efficient, for example putting dust sheets down and tiding up as they went along. I was very happy with the finish; I had no need to redecorate afterwards making me very happy. They even put my curtains back up! Overall I would say that I'm extremely satisfied with the finished results and I have recommend Imperial Windows to my friends and family.
