In Touch Acquisitions understands how vital it is for companies to stay ahead of their competition, and that's exactly what we do for our clients. How, you ask? Simple! We work with our clients side by side to increase their market share by acquiring them new customers. We specialise in customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing activities.
In Touch Acquisitions is based in Cardiff, however the reach we have for our clients is national. The way we conduct our face-to-face activities has far-reaching effects and is flexible.
We opened our doors for business beginning of 2012 as it was clear that there was a need for our business. What separates us from other sales and marketing companies is the relationship we build with our client base, how effective we are in hitting the targets they set out for us and the quality of customers we generate for them.
The marketing strategies we put in place for our clients vary depending on the industry they are in. As our sales and marketing strategies are quite versatile we can adapt them based on what you are looking for.
“In this economic climate we have to make an impression with the results we produce, not just what we say. Consistent, reliable and target driven is how I would sum up the kind of service we provide to our clients." Says Managing Director Ebony Dixon.

I had an interview with this company and then I went onto do an unpaid "interview day" I ended up being transported with a bunch of strangers to somewhere Rontha, during the car ride they didn't tell me where I was going or what I would be doing and they didn't ask for any emergency contact numbers and I didn't have any phone signal to contact anyone. I spend 9 hours with a stranger knocking on doors being a door-to-door sales person. I had no food or no jacket so by 9 o'clock in the evening I was freezing and very hungry. They completely lied to me about the job and what they do. They said that I would be working in sales at an office. All the information they gave me was bollocks. After the interview day they then invited me to a "3rd interview" that same day and they basically said that I had the job and they invited me to travel with them down to London the same weekend and that they will contact me the next day with my first day times and all the information I needed to know but I never heard from them again. They are using job seeking people to do their work for them unpaid. The company is a disgrace. I am now too scared to apply for any job in case the same thing happened again. DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB WITH THEM.

They are of sorts a real company, if you are looking for experience and not a career this is fine for a small time, they throw all this crap like if you get promoted you will get your own office, three people got promoted when I was there and got their own office/company, one left because he was spending all his time and not getting a lot of money, (even though these guys were sprouting out that you can be rich with this scheme), two were sacked because they were committing fraud. They smile and say be positive and the universe will work for you even though 90% of the time they are miserable as sin. It is all an act as soon as you have become acclimated to the office once they let you into their inner circle you will realize what a bunch of nonsense and what an exaggerated lie it has all been, yes you can have your own office/business, but you have to pay the mother company half of what the business earns, then 30% to staff then the rest is theirs to spend on rent, living arrangements and taxes. They ponce about acting like millionaires and yet they cannot even afford cars, live in dump houses or borrow small amounts of money off other people. The basic thing of the business is to sell TalkTalk, but apparently you are not sales people, no you are trainee managers. They like to paint some picture that this isn’t like any other office there is no hostile tension between workers and that everyone should have an amazing attitude, don’t get me wrong some people are lovely but the other 95% are horrible people and their personality is faked. They are hypocrites, prone to exaggerate the truth and selfish.

I have been researching this company and I have had the 'pleasure' of having an interview with them. I believe they are not a real business, when reviewing their website http://intouchacquisitions.co.uk/ I can't find one detail that mentions what they do or how they do it. When waiting for the interview I was suspicious when I heard the receptionist, she spoke to many candidates who have applied for the 10+ jobs available. She continually said "Are you 18+?" And "The manager has had a chance to look over your cv and who like to meet you face-to-face" she continues to speak to each person like this. If you search around there is no information on any other sites to suggests other wise. But once you have read through their main page you will find out nothing, they're page just tells you about general information but does not specify any useful information. If you look at the bottom of their page you will find no small print to say they are a genuine company.
