My ongoing professional development, work and life experiences lead me to believe that talking therapies can provide a wonderful opportunity to reassess and make powerful changes to improve lives.

In addition to my private practice I have also been privileged to be a listening volunteer for the charities Samaritans, Eating Disorders Support and Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre.

I trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist following an intergrated approach which allowed me to study and practise various theoretical models including; Psychodynamic, CBT and Client Centred.

I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics and Practice which assures you of a high standard of professional care.

I generally see clients in my office at home in Bletchingdon, Oxfordshire, there is ample free parking. I also be see clients at The Banbury Therapy Centre. If you would prefer me to come to your home this can normally be arranged at an additional charge of 50p per mile.
